Serendipity Designs came to us with a growing business and a need for a site that truly reflected the heart of the brand. We gave the entire look and feel a refresh—trading bold pinks for a beachy palette of soft blues and nudes, and updating the logo, fonts, and tone to match.

 

We redesigned the Shopify site to enhance both function and feel, including a reworked About page, custom pop-up schedule, optimized PDPs, and an embedded interactive app for her signature Build Your Own Charm Necklace experience. We also integrated Faire for wholesale and improved customer journeys across desktop and mobile.
